Very good, does what it needs to

My desk certainly appreciates not having my grubby hands and mouse scraping across its surface constantly.

Keyboard + Mousepad + Wrist Rest REVIEW

Hello, as a fellow keyboard enthusiast and gamer who is the primary target audience of this company, I would like to take my time to give my critical but honest opinion of the product's review after purchasing them. I do not mean any offense with my review below but as a honest opinion for the improvement of the growth of your company as I assume you are primarily targeting keyboard enthusiasts and gamers.

Keyboard: Baby Kangaroo switches + Midas Keycaps
Although I am relatively satisfied with the sound of the switches, I think the plastic build of the keyboard immediately gave a negative first impression for me. Especially because the keyboard is around the $200 price range for the set I bought, this immediately gives off a "low quality" keyboard vibe compared to other products out there which are offering aluminum builds for $100 - $150 such as Logitech and Razer. The light feeling of the keyboard and the hollow noise it contributes for the switches makes it feel "cheap" for its price and I highly suggest changing the build from plastic to aluminum to make your keyboard have a better impression and to minimize the "hollowness" of the switches when I click on them (e.g. Spacebar). Regarding my personal preference, I also found the TKL size a bit too small for my liking as the keys felt a bit too close to each other. This caused me to click other keys unintentionally a few times when I played games as well. However, may be because of the small size of the Midas keycaps I chose and I will not comment further on this. Additionally, if you are using the keyboard for gaming, I suggest avoiding the Midas keycaps as the switches significantly take a lot of force for their actuation (it is very noticeable if you switch to a speed linear switch for example).

Mousepad Gallop
This mousepad is VERY smooth as the marketing website suggests. Too smooth for gaming imo. After using this mousepad for gaming, I personally prefer control mousepads with more friction but again, this is up to customer preference. If you like smooth mousepads and are only using it for daily activities, this definitely serves its purpose as well although being quite pricy for $30.

Wrist Rest
Although I'm not sure what material the wrist rest is made of, it's texture and feel is similar to that of wool or cotton for an educated guess. I think there are better options out there especially for a gaming audience because the sweat from my wrist and palms soak into the wrist rest and make it very "mushy" and a bit gross to use after long periods of usage. Additionally, the height of the wrist rest is a bit too high for me as well. This bothered me as I had to lower my fingers to play and it felt very "out-of-position" and worried about ergonomic issues. Do note that this comparison is made with regards to the SteelSeries Apex Pro magnetic wrist rest, which is the current one I am using.

Overall: There are definitely better alternatives especially because the market is extremely competitive. I think the key pain points for customers is especially the high pricing for a plastic build. Most of the time, avid gamers play on PC and do not really use keyboards for portability or for its light-weight, which cancels the benefits of having a plastic build over an aluminum build.

If you want to make your brand really sell despite keeping the plastic build for potential cost saving purposes, I highly suggest optimizing one feature that would make your keyboard stand out exceptionally compared to the market. A great example is the Wooting60HE. They have a plastic build, and shaky stabilizers, but every gamer loves it as they feel it offers a competitive advantage due to its game-changing switches and Rapid Trigger.

Solid mousepad

The size is just right, many in the market are quite big usually at 490mm. It even comes with mouse skate dots which I have never encounter before. The smoothness is great.
