Overall a good semi-hard mousepad
I used my mouse for the mousepad, and it feels smooth! I like that there is little resistance to where I can control my accuracy. Albeit it needs time to get used to, swiping is easier with this personally.
Rough up your skates faster than a normal cloth mousepad

The size is just right, many in the market are quite big usually at 490mm. It even comes with mouse skate dots which I have never encounter before. The smoothness is great.
