Limited Warranty Coverage
- All products sold by Steed are covered by a manufacturer's limited warranty, which varies across different product categories. The specific warranty duration and coverage details are listed below.
- The warranty covers only factory defects in materials, workmanship, hardware & software, under normal use, occurring within the warranty period. It does not cover the following:
- Defects due to Acts of God such as (not limiting to) natural disasters, environmental factors, abnormal voltage spikes and or any events not within reasonable control of Steed.
- Defects due to (not limiting to) wrongful use, abuse, negligence, unauthorised modification/disassembly/repair.
- Built-in rechargeable batteries relating to battery life and bundled accessories such as cables, switches, shells, tools etc.
- Minor cosmetic irregularities, normal wear and tear such as (not limiting to) scratches, dents, chips, discolouring.
- Steed reserves the right to reject any claims made under this Warranty policy, if reasonable assessment had been done to believe that a claim had been made from dishonesty or fraud.

Warranty Claims
- If you encounter an issue covered by the product's warranty, please contact our customer support team via hello@steed.sg. Our support representatives will guide you through the warranty claim process and provide the necessary assistance. Customers are required to present a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or original invoice) along with the product.
- Depending on the product and warranty policy, the defective item/part may be repaired or replaced, as determined by our service technicians.
- Please note that all warranty claims must be made within the specified warranty period for the respective product. Claims made after the warranty period will not be accepted.
- In the case of a valid warranty claim, we will cover the shipping costs associated with returning the defective product and sending the repaired / replacement item back to you.

Service Guarantee
We have a team of trained and experienced technicians to tend to your wounded steeds. All repairs/services carried out, including replacement parts, are under 90 days guarantee or for the remaining term of your warranty, whichever is longer.
