Where do I check my order status?
To check your order status, simply log into your account and click "Order History."
Which payment methods are available?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and other major credit cards. For customers in Singapore who would like to use PayNow or PayLah!, please contact us via WhatsApp. We can assist you with the order.
Do I need an account to place an order?
You do not need to set up an account to place an order. However, creating an account allows you to store your shipping information, see order history, and view your product’s warranty information. Additional features will be added to the account page from time to time.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship to Singapore and Malaysia. We are working hard with our 3PL to cover more countries around the region.
How do I qualify for free delivery?
Currently, we only provide free delivery within Singapore.
For orders SGD88 and above, there will be free delivery.
For orders below SGD88, there will be a delivery charge of SGD6 for standard delivery and SGD12 for Next Day delivery.
What is your return policy?

Common product enquiries
Mouse unable to connect via Bluetooth?
If the LED indicator does not flash BLUE after changing to Bluetooth mode, press and hold together "Left" button + "Scroll" Button + "Right" button for 3 seconds. The LED indicator should flash BLUE to indicate it is ready to pair. Look for the mouse under the list of nearby Bluetooth devices on your computer and press connect.
Mouse unable to connect via 2.4G dongle?
Unplug the dongle from your computer. Press and hold together "Left" button + "Scroll" Button + "Right" button for 3 seconds. The LED indicator will start to FLASH, showing that its ready to pair. Plug in the dongle to your computer at this moment. The mouse will automatically pair with the dongle.
Will you assemble my keyboard for me?
Yes, all keyboards come with a free assembly service. If you are an experienced enthusiast who would like to assemble your board yourself, kindly let us know at the time of checkout.
Do you offer lubing/modding services?
Unfortunately, we do not provide lubing or modding services at the moment.
Why don’t you have clicky or blue switches?
We get it, it’s your first mechanical keyboard and you want the loudest, most attention-grabbing one. However, trust us when we say that your colleagues, friends, and family will not appreciate the sound of a clicky switch as much as you do. Trust us even more when we say you will fall out of love with the sound and switch them out in an instant. Of course, feel free to just purchase our barebones – it’s the most value for money in the market anyway – and purchase your clickies elsewhere!
