Returns & Refunds

1.1 We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with the product, you may request a return within 7 days from the date you received it, based on our tracking records. 

1.2 To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at hello@steed.sg together with your order information or proof of purchase. They will guide you through the return process. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. All shipping costs will be non-refundable and return shipping costs will be paid for by the customer.

1.3 The returned item must be in its original condition and original packaging, including all accessories and manuals. If any returned item(s) that are damaged or missing any parts, we reserve the right to refuse the refund and will send the item back to you, at your request.

1.4 Once we have performed our checks and confirmed that it qualifies for a refund, we will inform you of the outcome and process the refund. Please note that the refund will either be made to the original payment method used during the purchase or via bank transfer/Paynow/PayLah!. The refund should be reflected on your side within 5-7 business days.

1.5 After payment has been processed all refunds will incur any prevailing payment processing charges. Hence for refunds there will be a 5% transaction fee.

1.6 It is strongly advised that a tracking shipping method be used as we will not be responsible for any returned items that are lost or damaged in transit.
