Join us for an immersive experience where you’ll learn the art of custom keyboard crafting from start to finish. Whether you're new or a hobbyist, our workshop will walk you through each step of the process, giving you both the skills and a keyboard that’s truly yours.
Keyboard Assembly
You literally get to build your own keyboard! Choose from a wide variety of switches and keycaps and install them into the barebone keyboard that you have chosen.
Stabiliser Tuning
Smooth out the rattle and improve key feel with the tuning of your stabilisers for a more ASMR typing experience. We will teach you how to check for rattle and tips & tricks on lubing & modding the stabs.
Keyboard Modding
Use sound-dampening mods like tape mod and polyfill/foam mod to achieve that satisfying thock or creamy/poppy ASMR acoustics.
Switch Lubing
What’s a keyboard workshop without some switch lubing, right? While switch lubing used to be a must-do—thanks to scratchy, unpleasant-sounding factory switches—times have changed. These days, most switches come pre-lubed and tuned to sound and feel great straight out of the box, saving us hours of manual work.
That said, lubing is still an essential skill to have. Over time, even the best switches can start to feel rough or sound off. If you're curious to learn how to lube switches properly, let us know—we'd be more than happy to show you!

Note: The workshop fee of $25 covers the above and the materials needed for the workshop (tape, polyfill, polyfoam, lube etc) but not the keyboard. The workshop fee can be used to offset the purchase of a full set of keyboard (barebones + switches + keycaps). You may bring your own keyboard kit or components, at no extra charge.
