happy to find it during the 2024 tech fair! was looking for a keyboard barebone that is hot swappable and wireless and was originally considering keychron q1 pro and i found this alternative at a much cheaper price and with a lot better features! 10/10 would buy again 💯

Ordered the SMK82 custom with optional mods and with kangaroo 2.0 switches for about $155. Got to say, I am impressed with their service as they are very fast with their response and delivery (24 hours delivery). Build quality wise of the board itself is alright. There are definitely nicer boards out there in the market in my personal opinion, but if you do want to support local companies, their custom boards are still reasonably well built for the price point! For any aspiring custom keyboard buyers, it is advisable to go down to their physical store to try out the keys before buying them !

In early Nov 2024, I bought the Steed Trojan mouse at the Smart Home Tech Show. Initially, I was planning to buy a different mouse from another brand, but the better finish quality of Steed Trojan mouse caught my eye. I decided to give it a try. However, I encountered some minor hiccups with the Bluetooth connection, especially when my MacBook went idle. I reached out to Steed's customer service, & they were incredibly responsive. Within a couple of hours, they provided a solution to the immediate problem & kept me informed on a firmware update to address the root cause of the issue. 3 days later, I visited their office to get the firmware update, & I was particularly impressed by their enthusiasm for the product & commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction. If you're looking for a reliable & stylish mouse, I highly recommend the Steed Trojan. And if you ever encounter any issues, rest assured that Steed customer service team will go the extra mile to help you out.

Was looking for a quiet keyboard and ended up getting a custom SMK98 keyboard + TTC Frozen Silent v2 switches for home use. The SMK98 housing itself felt solid and of good quality. Was quite impressed and ended up getting a second same one for the office!
